As justices hear oral

arguments today in what could be the most significant case of the term. Tennessee's law is at the

center of this monumental case, and doctors in the state are prohibited from giving hormone therapy

and puberty blockers to transgender minors. The Biden administration and the families of three trans teens argue Tennessee's law is unconstitutional

under the Equal Protection Clause.
