Hello from CNN I'm Joe Beck with the five things you need to know for Friday March 29th

President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump are both trying to raise some campaign cash this week, but they're

doing it in very different ways.

Biden held a high profile fundraiser in New York City last night, where he was joined by

former President's Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.

The star-studied events at Radio City Music Hall raised more than $26 million for Biden's

campaign.

Trump, meanwhile, has started selling a nearly $60 patriotic copy of the Christian Bible,

themed to Lee Greenwood's famous song, God Bless the USA.

So far, Biden's campaign has raised a lot more cash than

trumps, but polling suggests some voters are divided when it comes to choosing

between the two candidates. We asked CNN's Harry Enten for more details.

Hey Joe, so our new CNN poll of polls shows no clear leader with Donald Trump at 47% to

Joe Biden's 44%.

I should note though that's a very different picture from where we were four years

ago at this point when Joe Biden held a seven-point advantage 50% to Donald Trump's

43%. Additionally if you look at the all important Electoral College

according to CNN's current race ratings

Donald Trump has 272 electoral votes which is two more than he needs to

carry the presidency.

Inflation ticked higher last month, reversing some of the progress we've seen recently.
