Summary

Overthinking is the sure-fire way to NEVER get a clear and aligned answer you're looking for. As little children, even babies we shut down our Kinesthetic sense, our feeling, when something 'hurts' us and then our family, society, schooling and the media teaches us to keep our 'feeling the world' shut down, choosing to think and analyse instead. When we get back into our body and use our Authority to make decisions then we really create the life by our design. Connect with me on my socials...

2:25.0

It's all about the more we think about something, the more we squeeze the life out of it.

2:31.4

And we lose our possibilities. we we shut down our quantum possibilities as

2:39.4

2:46.4

for that answer that we want it never comes when we're overthinking. So what happens a lot with

overthinking is, and the reason why we do it as human beings, is that when we're little,
