Hello, how are we feeling the new intro?

Today, I'm just really excited to film this episode.

I love doing the podcast. I'm just really excited because I feel like I want to incorporate all these new things into the podcast, like for example, like the intro, and then maybe if you stick around to the end you'll hear the

outro I definitely want to be adding sound effects in the future I just I just have

a lot of new creative ideas but I think it's cool though to like watch something evolve.

I feel like I appreciate that way more than coming in and having something that's fully structured,

you know what I mean?

People who have podcasts, like don't get me me wrong that's wonderful if you have a

podcast from the very or a YouTube channel that's like well produced from the

very beginning and everything is tip-top perfect but at the scene, I don't know, I like seeing growth. I like seeing the process of it all happening.

So I don't know, I'm really, really excited for this. Which brings me to my next point, which is, do we want an Instagram page, okay?

I'm inspired so much by your mom Ashley recently, and that's exactly who inspired today's podcast episode, which I'll get into.

But she basically has a new podcast and it's called Extra Dynamic.
