I mean, I'm putting the replays up because honestly,

I've even been going back and listening to some of these. I remember recording this one in particular

and I was thinking of like, what are the 12 disciples again? I'm like, I forgot. Like I forgot the

interpretation of what they all mean. Holy shit, if only there was

some place I could go and find what that is. I was like, oh yeah, I recorded a whole episode on it.

It's amazing how poor our memories can be, which is a testament to constantly practicing

all the things you learn in terms of like how to create your reality, how to shift moods,

how to catch moods, how to sustain moods, how to catch moods,

how to sustain moods, sustain well-being.

Shift yourself in difficult circumstances to ones that feel more aligned and meaningful.

Remember when crazy bad shit seemingly happens that it's usually some obstacle and challenge

you've put in your own way to show you your own

power, that type of stuff.

It's hard to remember that sometimes.

You know what I mean?

Anyway, this episode goes into all of that.
