talked about it a lot lately, but are official.

15th birthday. That means today, not only are we 15 years old, our 16th year begins. I think that's kind of cool.

I think we have a tendency with anniversary's birthdays, things like that. I always think about the number itself, like turning 50 or turning 51.

But instead of thinking is the end, it's kind of cool to start thinking of anniversary's and birthdays.

And memorable days is the beginning of the next thing, the next year, the next cycle, the next quarter, what have you.

I always did that with my salespeople and it just kind of occurred to me when I hit go live today. I wouldn't really plan on saying that.

I still with my salespeople, like the end of the third quarter really went to the end of the third quarter.

The third quarter was the whole last three months. Now, what this is the beginning of the fourth. What are you going to do this quarter?

What are you going to do this year? We're going to do a lot because you're going to kick off our 16th year.

With what I hope will be a really great episode. This has been flipping around in my brain for a while.

If I had to list 12 macro techniques, we not go down in the weeds, just say, like, if you do these 12 things, or let's be clear, I don't necessarily need you to do these 12 things.

These are the 12 things that if you look at them, analyze them from the context of what I'm going to give you today,

and begin to implement the ones that make sense to you along with proper tactics and tech strategy.

Because these are going to be techniques and we're going to go to that deep today before we get into them individually.

It will work and it'll be worth your time and your efforts and your money.

That's what this is about. This isn't like, well, you can just throw this out there somewhere and it'll work and it'll, whatever that means.

Because what is it works me? This is about if you want to build a truly interconnected, effective homestead, whether it's on a tenth of an acre in the city, or a half of an acre on the outskirts and the suburbs, or whether it's on 20 acres or 40 acres or a thousand acres.

These are the things that you can do, and this is not about making money, but to provide for yourself and your family and your neighbors.

And these are like the keystone techniques within the design.

That if you implement some all a portion there of them, you know they're going to work out.

And as you choose the ones that seem to make sense for you, you can actually reverse engineer a design.
