Well, I was wrong by 11 days.

I said by the end of Q1, Tesla would launch a cheaper cybertruck to juice the sales.

They didn't.

It took him 11 days into April to do that.

So I'll take it as a semi-win.

This is the $70,000 cyber truck. Now, more than we were told at the launch of that vehicle than it was going to be, but also comes with 100 miles more, 350-odd miles of range on this new rear-wheel drive, single-motor cyber truck. But to get to the 70K price point, they've stripped it of,

well, just about everything. The air suspension, the power sockets, the offboard power in the

vehicle, any kind of bed cover. There's no tonneau cover. There's no soft cover. You can spec one.

You can option one for almost $1,000 more, but that's not great for storing things in the bed.

It's got cloth seats.

There's no rear screen.

You know, the little Netflix and Amazon screen for the rear passengers, and that's all being stripped out.

And lots of other deletions, even the silver pedals, they have taken everything out of this vehicle.

I mean, if I were you, have a look at a used launch edition, and you get dual motor,

and air suspension, and, you know, the rear wheel steering.

I'm not sure they're going to strip much more out of this to get it less than 70K,

but it is tax credit eligible.

Well, the EU and China, following the United

States, adding tariffs to automakers, that's kind of driven Europe and China back together.
