It is my great pleasure to be with you.

Thank you so much for joining us. Always appreciate it. It's the tail end of a redemption Thursday. But we do have some wagers for you. I will get to them in a moment. I'm Jeff. Tom is still in New York, but he's here with us, of course. And Director Matthew is here as well. And you are here as well. We appreciate you. Thanks very much. We've had a lot of feedback over the last several days just because it's been such a busy time. Tom and I were talking before the show began just how crazy it must be over at FSU right now because you have a situation

where obviously you're assessing your roster, you're kind of monitoring what's happening

with your own players as to the ones that are going to stay, the ones that want to leave,

the ones that aren't sure that you have to talk to and really kind of have an honest conversation.

I do think it's important to note that's one of the strengths of this staff in Mike Norville

in particular is the honest assessments and the ability to sit down across from kids and say,

well, here's what we think you're at.

This is what we think you are.

This is where we hope you'll go. And then, you know, the kid has to make a decision. Is that

what he wanted to hear or not? And I just think that the more that that reputation gets out there

of this kind of straight to it man-to-man conversation about your talents,

your skills, and those that you're lacking, the better off you are.
