Well Al Franken has denied the latest allegation that he tried to forcibly kiss a woman.

She is a former Democratic congressional aide that claims he tried to forcibly kiss her after taping of his radio show in 06.

He denies that the woman is not identified by names had Franken pursued her after her boss had left and she was collecting her belongings.

She said she ducked to avoid his lips and says Franken told her it is my right as an entertainer.

Franken says in a statement that the idea he'd claim such a thing as a right as an entertainer as preposterous.

This allegation is categorically not true and the idea that I would claim this is my right as an entertainer as preposterous.

I look forward to fully cooperating with the ongoing ethics committee investigation.
