As you hear the announcements of coaches coming in, for example, Terrence Knighton now

officially joining Florida State's coaching staff as the defensive line coach.

It was a great day yesterday to be able to celebrate Odell Higgins in the wake of this announcement.

And, you know, I was happy about that.

Happy that he's excited about the role that he's taking on with Florida State that obviously gives him a little bit more time as well.

So that's good news.

You know, the other good news of yesterday was that Randy Shannon was leaving the staff.

Nice.

Take it on down the road, Randy.

Go fail somewhere else.

And then from there, I would say that I was not all that surprised to learn that Jackson West has entered the transfer portal for Florida State.

Damn it.

You know, unfulfilled promise, I'd say.

I remember the first week we saw Jackson West.

And he looked like Jackson West now, didn't he?
