So, headline caught my eye yesterday, apparently, and I had to look into it to make sure I'm not this guy.

But Lane Kiffin was apparently a menace in yoga class. Well, you are just by being there, Todd. I'm thinking, well, some women don't want a guy in there, right? That's what I thought. Alphactory menace like you? Women don't want guys in the yoga class. Or Pilates, too, for that. Pilates, too, for that matter. But I looked at what he was doing and I'm

exhibiting none of this behavior. I get in there and, you know, I keep my mouth shut. I speak

when I'm spoken to. Don't get a boner. And that's about it. Okay. What was he doing?

Let's see. He would start doing completely random workouts in mid-class and not follow the instructor.

If he's way in the back, does that matter?

No, you should be doing what the instructor, or at least attempting to do what the instructor

tells you to do.
