Yeah, so people are allowing people to spend the night in houses before they bought them, right? Yeah, that's apparently the new thing. People are asking for a test drive of a house. Now, that must be, is that a situation where the owners would leave the house? Well, it depends. A lot of times people aren't, people are still selling their house as they're not out of it yet.

Yeah.

I mean, and some of these, they're talking about, you know, more modest homes people will spend the night.

But there is an example in this story of a, what was it like a $60 million estate?

Yeah, 11,000 square foot home in Newport Beach, California.

Well, that situation where the person actually gets to stay is also qualified.

Probably.

Any kind of, any kind of, I watched some of those real estate shows that happen in L.A.

And they'd be pre-qualified even in this.

In this particular instance, the potential buyers, they worked out a two-month lease on the house for

$250,000 a month, and they just, we're going to live here for two months.

And if we like it, we'll put in an offer.

But if not, we'll just walk away, but you keep the half a million dollars.

Yeah, that's pretty cool.

But we get the furniture, and we get the cleaning crew

and we get the cars. Yeah. We get to use those for a couple of months. Are they allowing people

that want to buy a $300,000 house to spend the night? Yeah. Yeah. So this is apparently a newer thing

where a lot of agents, they said, are starting to offer this and people are asking about it even for just

regular modest homes we just

want to spend the night. We want to see

how does it sound at night?
