oh yeah um and in 60 minutes style either they had to pretend to not understand or noro donno

actually didn't understand no i'm not talking about whether it was a good idea to raise taxes i'm

talking about politically how it played right sure stuff is yeah is this that complicated you know

what i've forgotten is that that was not like a wise acre response to a reporter's question or

something something like that or just thrown off the cuff he led up to that with like an entire

paragraph of wind up before that big pitch at the convention i want to set it up so it was a

lynch pin right and said a regular it was like Bernie Sanders twenty seven dollars the crowd

chance along yeah bushes chant was no new taxes then he raised taxes that'll hurt

politically sure that'll hurt you politically yeah no doubt about it um some amazing to think of a

politician who and you know you can agree or disagree with the policy says yeah i did promise

that over and over again but clearly i have to just shoot myself in the foot politically to do

what's right for the country and i'm going to that was the sort of guy hw was we need to play even
