because we like to be held accountable on the spot, not make predictions and hope you forget about them five or six months from now. And I thought, you know, people are looking for smiles, people are looking to feel good about things. They're looking, especially after this year, to try and find something that they can wrap their arms around and just say,

you know what, that's a really, really good story.

And I love it.

They're looking for good news.

Yeah, but who wants to start with good news?
