There are usually aid stations every 5 to 20 miles, depending on the race.

You generally do not sleep during a 100-mile race.

Some people might take a short nap in a race, like the Hard Rock.

I think it's the one we discussed yesterday. Right, right.

These races at 100 miles generally have cutoffs that are not conducive to sleep.

And if you want to win, right, yeah, yeah.
