According to Variety magazine, Tom Cruise was on set filming Mission Impossible Seven in England when he spotted two crew members

hovered over a laptop too close together. The result was a three-minute tirade

caught on tape. The actor lit into the pair and threatened to fire them if it happened again.

Once the audio went public, a second dressing down reportedly followed,

and a British paper says five crew members threw in the towel and quit.

Seven is one of the few blockbusters still filming.

And Mr. Cruz wants to keep it that way.

It was already forced to pause production once back in February after multiple stage hands tested positive.

The movie is due out in November 2021.
