This is a law coming out of California that Governor Newsom, who is super liberal, rejected.

He vetoed it.

And the reason I'm bringing this up, because governors reject, they veto and they sign laws all day long.

I mean, at any given time, Newsom has 200 laws that he either signs or vetoes or leaves a loan and it becomes a pocket veto if he doesn't sign it.

And I mean, that's something that just happens.

And you can usually tell which laws he is going to sign, which laws he is not,

simply by who votes for it, who introduces it.

Super liberal.

He's a Democrat.

Democratic legislature that's a given.

But here's one that actually stunned me. And I had no

idea. California does not have a mandatory kindergarten law. A kid does not have to go to

kindergarten in the state of California. And there are several states in which the same thing happens.

Now, I can't understand that.

Of course, I went to kindergarten.
