Hope y'all are having an absolutely wonderful day to day, and I hope you guys enjoy it,

the show yesterday.

And, you know, I was out of the show for a day.

I was up on vacation for a while with the kids up in the mountains.

I had a blast.

And yesterday it was freezing. It was like 28 degrees when we got

up and there was a bunch of water run off and ice everywhere and the kids were out there playing

and throwing ice and slipping and sliding it and they just thought it was the funniest thing

they have ever found and so I went out there and I said man you guys you know what you guys

having too much fun I'm going to show you guys how to slide properly on the ice.

And so I attempted to step foot on the ice and my feet went straight towards the sky and I came down and broke my left wrist, which was very interesting.

And yeah, so I need to keep my happy button. Florida and stay away

from ice, and I'm not five years old anymore, and I'm not made a carlidge and when a 200 pound,

six foot tall grown man lands on his wrist, it breaks. So thank you guys for the support. I went all

the way down to Celebration Hospital in Advent Health because I was not going

to go to a hospital up there that I didn't trust. Got down with Celebration, they did x-rays,

broken in the joint. It's funny, they wanted to do surgery on it immediately. They want to do surgery.

I said, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold up. So we're going to split it if you guys want to do that and we're going to see what's going to happen with it over the next week or two and so quite

frankly if you guys want to know my protocol it's going to be a copious amount of ultimate multiple

powder along with the ostomag and also the joint rebuilding formula which we just got back in stock
