Welcome everyone to the Walt Disney Theatre.

As I said, I have music now.

This will be my music whenever I enter a room.

I need about 100 volunteers to follow me around and play that when I walk into a room.

How's everyone this morning?

Okay, you're more awake than I am.

We're going to get started in just a little bit, but before we do, there was some things that

I wanted to talk to everyone about and to actually solicit your help.

Most of you will remember that back in January of 2009, we did a fundraiser for Give Kids the World.

We sold T-shirts, special T-shirts we'd had designed for $25 each,

with 100% of that money going to Give Kids the World.

That was something we did, ton of the memory of our good friend Bob Varley.

And something really extraordinary happened when we did that.

Now, we set up a goal of raising $10,000 and I can remember when we planned that out

and me thinking, okay, $10,000 man, we're going to sell a lot of T-shirts.

But something really, really extraordinary happened.

We didn't raise $10,000, we raised $63,000 for Give Kids the World.

And we didn't raise $63,000 by selling T-shirts.

I mean, we certainly sold T-shirts, don't get me wrong.
