And people are always saying to me, well, how do you do that?

And so just a case you guys think I make stuff up, which I don't, these are pages.

Each page represents about four months.

I weighed 184 pounds here.

And so it goes on and on and on and on to the present so you know

just in case you guys did think I was melancholy enough as far as research pretty melancholy but

it's consistent though but it's and it goes for years it's years in there every page represents

three to four months and it's just about 100 entries per page.
