There's a very real prospect that on the day Donald Trump leaves office, the Justice

0:25.9

Department may indict him. He may be the first president in quite some time to face the real prospect of

0:32.1

jail time. That's Adam Schiff, who really likes to sing over the top things, but he is going to be

0:40.3

the chair of the investigate Trump all the time committee. I saw somebody use the term subpoena

0:46.3

cannon. They're going to have a subpoena cannon starting January 20th. Welcome to the Armstrong

0:51.7

Gettyshow and particularly Michael Cardoza, who joins us ex district attorney since opening his

0:57.2

private practice. Mr. Cardoza has worked on many high profile cases such as the Scott Peterson

talking through his motions. I like that a lot as opposed to people like Komi that get out there

1:51.9

and affect what's going on in the political world. I like Mueller. Whether you like the investigation

1:57.5

or not, you got to like him. Yeah, that's interesting. You'd say that because I've heard Chris

2:01.5

Christie say the same thing. He disagrees with the beginning of this in the direction it's going

2:07.0

in some things. But he thinks that the fact that Mueller isn't leaking is really good for just the

2:12.0

country. That's the way it should be done. Unlike the way everybody else does it.

2:18.7

So I've heard a no by watching so many lawyers over the weekend and it's interesting to me that

2:24.7

that lawyers with some pretty hefty resumes can have such starkly different opinions of things.
