| 2:19.0 | My name is Sylvan Sylvan slide the room on board. I was listening to your last email show and I have to share my experience renting a wheelchair for my mother-in-law when we were in Walt Disney World in January 2008. |
| 2:35.0 | I wasn't happy with the process of renting a wheelchair each morning and having to return it each night. Furthermore, we needed the wheelchair also. |
| 2:46.0 | From and to our hotel room. So I decided to ask the concierge at the Caribbean Beach Resort if it was possible to rent a wheelchair on a weekly basis from the hotel. |
| 3:00.0 | I was not seeking for any deals or any special treatment. Well, to my surprise, the concierge leaned over and told me that not only it was possible but it would be free. |
| 3:15.0 | Free of charge. The only thing he asked for and it's of course standard procedure was a deposit. And up we go, we were settled for the whole week with the wheelchair. |
| 3:29.0 | We had the wheelchair from and to the hotel room and we also saved a lot of time not having to rent it each morning and returning it each night in each park that every day. |
| 3:43.0 | To this day, I still don't know if I was just lucky but I can tell you that it certainly doesn't hurt to ask. |
