And one of the first things that I saw here,

you know, and I was talking earlier, I think it was last week, about some of the different

medications that we've seen having more and more problems. And now we're seeing a report now

with the long-term ADHD medication that may actually be increasing heart disease risk on a new study.

The new study indicates that long-term use of ADD medication may increase the risk of developing

cardiovascular disease and that the risk increases the longer the drug is used.

What's interesting about this is we have talked about before because so many kids,

children ages 3 to 17, they're saying about 6 million kids ages 3 to 17 had been diagnosed

with ADHD and they're put on multiple types of different drugs in some cases, some that are

very, very dangerous, very addictive.

A lot of those being Adderall, and these kids don't understand, and the parents don't

understand the long-term risk. The study confirms previous research that indicated patients

taking stimulant ADHD medication, such as redolin or Adderall, are at much higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease than those taking non-stimulant ADHD medication.
