We are audio only, but I am sitting in Fort Worth, Texas, at Mercy Culture,

with my dear friend, colleague, and spiritual son, Land and Schott, he and his wife, Heather,

lead Mercy Culture Church in Fort Worth. We want to encourage you as we're coming towards the end of

the year, especially pastors, leaders, those you've been working hard, maybe you've been fasting,
