And the general consensus, particularly among fish restaurant owners, say, no, they can't.

So what ended up happening, research that was done by the London School of Economics and Political Science

found that there is scientific evidence that lobsters have the capacity to experience pain, distress, or harm.

Okay, with that being said, what does that mean?
