hey everybody hope you guys check out the Hager report. I had a great

show with Doug last night. We went into detailed discussions on a lot of the fast food, processed food,

ultra-processed food, and some of the main ones that are causing so many health problems,

including a lot of the issues that so many people are seeing right now with what's

going on with being, their brain's being retrained.

And so I did a detailed show on it yesterday on what it's doing to people and why so many

people are having a hard time not overeating and can maintaining portion control.

And how the brain is actually changing and shifting and the gut brain

axis is disappearing with a realistic connection and people are eating

enormously larger amounts of food but the brain's still telling them I'm hungry

and still releasing grilling this is a really good show with Doug last night and

also went into a massive kind of I can probably say a tirade. I got a little

angry last night on the show. Not even going to lie to you guys. And a detailed discussion about

what's going on with children, what's going on depression, and how almost all of it is being

directly linked to inactivity and iPhone and smartphone and basically social media usage now.
