Goodbyes can be painful. But what makes goodbyes even more painful is when we are not ready for the leaving or letting go. The goodness of the goodbye comes down to what we do with the time before goodbye.

0:44.4	So as I was I guess said it's first Sunday of Advent it's Thanksgiving weekend.
0:49.8	Last weekend I got to spend a lot of time with my family as I mentioned two weeks ago
0:53.3	and in different homily.
0:55.3	Got to visit my brother, his wife, a bunch of you know my little brother was there.
1:00.0	I had other siblings.
1:01.3	I had my parents.
1:02.3	I had nieces and nephews.
1:03.3	It was so good.
1:04.9	And then it ended and the ending is the worst.
1:09.6	I know there's a lot of memes out there of people like saying like, oh you know family
1:14.6	is really hard over the holidays holidays.
