I generally convert somewhere around 25% 30% on a good month and so I should be able to pull at a minimum three closings out of the out of those incoming leads every month.

And so with those three closings, I should have an average of about $45,000 of gross commission income. And then subtracting out my costs puts me somewhere around $20,000 to $25,000 in net income on a monthly basis.
