I generally convert somewhere around 25% 30% on a good month and so I should be able to pull at a minimum three closings out of the out of those incoming leads every month.

And so with those three closings, I should have an average of about $45,000 of gross commission income. And then subtracting out my costs puts me somewhere around $20,000 to $25,000 in net income on a monthly basis.

So at the moment, I'm doubling what I spend as far as gross,

and I'm essentially making whatever I spend in net.

So and that's, I would say that's at the, that's the minimum if I'm not doing at, if I'm not doing

that, I'm doing something wrong.

He is a real estate rock star's mastermind homie from this past year's event.

He's out of Boise, Idaho and what Christian is really interesting, I think, to most agents is that Christian puts $20,000 per month into Zilla Leads as a solo agent.

Just him, no assistance, nothing, and he doubles that in income per month.

So today what we're going to dig into with Christian is we're going to talk a lot about paid

marketing because there's, again, in this industry there's like this we're going to talk a lot about paid marketing.

Because again, in this industry,

there's like this stigma almost against paying for leads.

So we're going to dig into that.

We're going to dig into how to convert cold leads,

much different than warm leads.

And Christian is going to teach us how he keeps a super tight

budget throughout all of that.
