What's up friends? Happy Friday. Welcome back to another episode of the

podcast on this episode. I wanted to bring you someone who understands what the

hell happened in Brazil this past Sunday.

If you don't know, they essentially had their own version of the January 6th insurrection.

So I brought on Jual Chavez, who is a historian of of Brazil and of course someone who grew up in

Brazil to kind of break down what on earth happened and are their

intentional connections between the US and Brazil that led to what we saw on

Sunday.

Spoil alert, the answer is yes.

This is a very important episode for my American audience to really listen to because we have to

understand that Christian nationalism is bigger than just what's happening in

America even though American politics and Christian nationalists are

directly impacting and influencing the way other people,

especially other evangelicals behave in other countries.
