I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with science writer and naturalist Rosemary Moscow, who you may know, as I did,

from her webcomic Bird and Moon.

Rosemary joined us to talk pigeons, the little gray bird strutting down a street near you.

You will laugh, you may possibly cry, as you learn the history of why pigeons live alongside us, how they evade the

clutches of even the world's fastest predator, ways that pigeon couples keep their romance alive,

with your art and your comics and your work for years. So very excited. Why don't you introduce yourself

a little bit for friends who are listening who

might not be familiar with your work just quite yet? Sure. So hi, I'm Rosemary Moscow. I am a

cartoonist and a science writer. I make a cartoon called Bird and Moon. And you can find that at

bird and moon.com. And then I write a whole bunch of books on various animal related topics.

So I have a new book that is coming out October 26.

And it is a pocket guide to pigeon watching, getting to know the world's most misunderstood

bird.

And I am a huge pigeon fanatic.
