| 1:00.0 | So you may have heard of something called the concurrent training effect, which is essentially the theory that endurance training or cardio may interfere with strength or muscle gain and thus your body composition. |

| 1:45.2 | tells me that there's likely some validity to this theory that too much cardio can |
| 1:50.5 | interfere with your gains. And it also tells me that it's |
| 1:54.2 | highly dependent on the individual and on the specific programming and on how |
| 1:59.2 | trained that individual is. So I think, you know, before we even get into this, I want to say that doing both cardio and strength workouts |
