Absolutely. I think normally this kind of falls within maybe something new that's attached to some sort of financial consideration.

unease. And specifically, I thought about instances where I go to a new gym for the first time or like try a new type of exercise like yoga. I remember the very first time

I went to an actual yoga class. I was terrified. But I mean, I had to kind of like work myself up to

it. Like it will be okay. Like no one is going to kick you out mid class. Like they will let you stay.
