And as many people know, we've talked about Lemon Bars many times over the years on our shows, on this show.

Yeah. And she weighed in, said, just curious, why don't you freeze half the batch of Lemon Bars for later?

That way you can save them and have them a few weeks later and go for treat round number two.

We could try it.

I know that freezing is different from refrigerating, but refrigerating really like doesn't serve the lemon bar.

I kind of like them a little cold.

Do you not like them like a day or two later when they're chilled?

They seem like dried out to me.
