Summary
Maya Angelou once said, “Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.” Likewise, Christine Hassler firmly believes that success is not just measured externally but most importantly, by personal happiness.
In this episode, Christine shares her story about turning her suffering into a passion. Having the right attitude made it possible for her to live in success and genuine happiness. She explains that having a seeker’s attitude enables a person to focus on the lesson and not on the disappointment. In other words, the struggles in life that are meant to teach us something. She believes that everything happens for a reason. We may not know the exact reason, but she invites us to contemplate and focus on what we can learn from the experience rather than the disappointment that comes with it.
Finally, Christine's story reminds us that success is to flourish in goodness both outwardly and inwardly.
