Today is going to be me telling you about my trip to Bhutan.

As a quick recap, this is all part of the climate ride fundraiser that I held.

So listeners of this show contributed and I ended up on this trip along with approximately

30 other people who had all raised money themselves.

All the funds going to fight climate change and also pay for the cost of the trip, much

of which went to the country of Bhutan itself.

They have high fees for entering the country and that pays for things like their health

insurance and their environmental programs and all kinds of things as they develop as

a country.

So that's how I ended up there logistically, financially.

But of course to actually get there is a completely different story.

So to arrive in Bhutan is to fly in to the city of Paro, which is not particularly centrally

located nor is it the capital city, but they do have the one international airport because
