Oh my goodness Julio at the Aspen Ideas Festival.

And we had two pretty amazing guests, Dr Brittany Cooper, aka Professor Crunk on

Twitter. She's Associate Professor at Rutgers University and co-founder of the Crunk

Feminist Collective blog and Dr Michael Kim who's founder and director of the

Center for the Study of Men and Masculinities at Stony Brook University.

Right and we talked about rage in America and how all this rage is fueling political change both

for the good and the bad. Brittany, she's the author of the book called Elkin Rage

and Michael wrote angry white men and healing from hate.

So we had the experts on stage and we explored why everyone, I mean seems to be everyone both

on the left and on the right seems to be mad as hell during the Trump era.

So just for some context, we recorded this last week in the middle of the controversy

about migrant families being ripped apart at the border and also the same day that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of

Trump's travel ban Muslim travel ban so there was a lot of emotion and our

guests had a lot to say there was a lot of applause so let's listen.

People here wanted us to talk about rage in America. We're living in a time where it seems like

everybody is angry. There's an outrage within POC communities and against POC

people. I've been angry for years.
