Oh! Hello. When a crime case grabs my attention, I find myself struggling with the excitement of it all. I feel guilty. But I've come to realize that it's

okay to be fascinated, to have your imagination captured by anything, even the spree, of a serial killer. Curiosity leads a discovery which

makes an adventure and adventure brings excitement.

So to be excited while researching, writing, presenting a crime case, it's only natural, I suppose.

Just like killing women that remind you of your mother.

I'm your host, Jack Luna. This is a true crime happening. The Ripper

of Ipselani.

Washana County, Michigan, July 23rd, 1969.

The university town locally known as Ipsy here in Ipsilani

has been terrorized by the frequent and sadistic murders of young

women for two years now. Coeds, mostly, in this time before Kemper or Bundy became infamous for doing the same.

The Ripper of Ipsalani is thought to be on the hunt for brunettes,

usually those known to wear dangly earrings.

At least that's the gossip.

In such small towns, the wives of police officers will each spill a little tea that eventually pulls into a pot for the town's folk to sit back.

Whether it be served at the bar, the beauty salon, the church, or the diner, the townsfolk will get their fill, and then some young Burnett's with dangly earrings have been turning up horribly murdered.
