Summary

Dark Topic Cold.

May 10th 1973. A masked man brandishing a pistol and a rifle, enters the CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) in downtown Kenora, Ontario. A dead man’s switch that looks more like a duck whistle, is clenched between his teeth. The switch is connected to a bag slung over his shoulder which he claims to contain a bomb. Everybody better behave, or be blown to smithereens.

Well, my smartphone. I'd even started fasting from 9 PM to

0:56.3

noon the next day using an app to keep track my progress, which I'd thought silly until about the third day when I found myself

proud of the stats.

1:07.5

I was racking up.

1:09.2

Thanks, smartphone.

and my health kick stubbed a toe, lost a shoe.
