and this is a topic that comes up often in conversations I have with clients on this show and in fact I've even mentioned

this on the last couple of episodes this distinction between management and leadership and

had made mention that I was going to tackle this in a future

episode and here it is. The distinction between the two and why it's important for

us to know that and I'm so excited to be able to welcome someone
