We're so much changing over the last months and with what was clear now foggy,

we are collectively going through change. And change is hard. We know that. And while there are

almost certainly positives that can come out of almost any change, no matter what the challenge it

provides, a byproduct is for many to unfortunately

fall into lack of motivation, becoming disenchanted, almost apathetic. But an effective

coach or leader will be equipped to guide their pupils through the change. They will set the

conditions to enable a course

correction and then acceleration and the really great ones find a wonderful balance between empathy

and that tough love that drives success. The success of teams and athletes isn't mystical. It also isn't luck. Today, we dive into keeping your team or athletes or

employees engaged. And to help pave the way, we're going to tell some stories along the way.
