On the night of the 3rd of September 1999, Raonaid Murray was walking home through Dun Laoghaire and Glenageary in South Dublin. As she took a short cut through a quiet laneway, she was attacked. 1:16.0	Glenigiri is one of the adjacent areas which also boasts tree-lined avenues and the reputation as a middle-class ittle.
1:24.0	Not only does it share the tidy residential streets, but it's also connected by little lanes and cut-throughs,
1:31.0	secluded walks which connect scenic spots such as the People's Park in Dunlary with Docky and Collini Hill.

1:44.0	It always seems the way that when schools are back in session, there's a last burst of warmth from the summer,

2:08.0	The cut connected Silchester Road with Silchester Crescent.
2:13.0	Walls on either side of the lane blocked off homes and on its eastern side Glenigiri lawn tennis club.
2:20.0	It was a paved path down its middle with grass verges on either side, and at the time,
2:26.0	the trees and bushes were thick after a long summer of growth.
2:31.0	Rainid Murray was walking home and turned right to go through the cut sometime around midnight.
