1:26.2	single meeting that you're going to be doing and so let's let's dive in on a weekly
1:30.6	basis you're going to want to make sure we've talked about the company roundup
1:34.2	this is a time where you're going to just create that recognition, a quick training, just something,
1:38.0	boom, get everybody clear, let everybody know exactly what's going on.
1:41.4	Management teams, this is where the rubber is going to
1:44.9	meet the road. This is going to be a 60 to 90 minute meaning and this is
1:50.8	going to exist.
