And for the first time in a very long time, after 118 days, we have a win for Tottenham Hotspur to celebrate.

We finally take all three points to avoid equaling our worst ever.

Winless run of games, 16 games back in 1935. However, we had been building to this moment

for weeks and weeks. We've certainly had plenty of time to think about it and to imagine how we

might feel. And we'd got to the point where we've been discussing week after week, Jay and Dan,

that the result was the key point, the performance. We had the performance against Brighton,

but in fact, what we really needed was the three points. And finally, Retti Deserbyside delivered.

But I didn't feel it. And in some some ways I think I feel worse.

Now that's not just because the news we've heard about Javi Simons's ACL injury,

which means that he is out for the rest of the season.

But I have to say, Jay, I was in the stadium as you were,

that when I saw him rolling around on the ground, really looking like he was

suffering, just near where I was sitting in a Steve Ballstand, I thought, maybe this is

the end of it. Maybe this is the end of our battle against relegation. Yeah, it was such a, a

bittersweet victory because to lose Javi in that manner was, well, Javi himself has described it

as that he's heartbroken and that life can be cruel because he'll miss the World Cup as well.
