0:09.9

School. Bringing you today's classroom episode. At the beginning of every week, we have a

0:14.1

classroom episode looking specifically at a topic in which from January to December,

0:19.6

we're actually starting a new income generating project. Now in recent classroom episodes, we

0:24.9

have considered the three elements of every compelling offer, a promise of pitch and a price. We have

0:30.4

looked at some different ways to find time to work on your hustle, a common challenge for many of us,

0:35.4

among other things, of course. And this week, I'd like to look at just get ready a really sexy topic

0:42.0

or a series of topics just thrilling. Okay, so we're going to look at business licenses, bank accounts,

1:19.3

have to think about them again, okay, unless you really want to, you know, for everybody who's really

1:23.1

into them. So for those who are not into them who think that it's kind of boring, I'm going to give

1:28.2

you eight recommendations in this episode. Again, the whole point is to keep things simple so that you

1:32.7

can focus on what really matters besides, of course, bookkeeping. Now over here in my world, my new

1:38.5

book, The Money Tree comes out in 15 days. I am very excited about this. It's a story of finding the

1:44.4

fortune in your own backyard, a very different kind of book. And one that I feel proud of, I really

1:49.7

hope that it's going to help a lot of people. And if you have not pre-ordered your copy yet, I'd be

1:54.4

very grateful for that. You can pre-order The Money Tree from your local bookstore, from Amazon,
