Welcome back to the QOD today show I'm your host, Sean Crox and a Sean Crox and

we got Dr. George C Fraser on the show for your Memorial Day episode.

And today the doctor is going to talk about not wasting your time.

Don't waste your time on things that don't serve you.

Don't waste your time on things that don't make you happy.

Don't waste your time with people who don't want to help themselves.

You only get so much life, make sure you don't waste any of it.

Now, I say all that to say this.

You are not going to get a lot of time.

You are not going to get a lot of time.

I'm 71 years old and it's like I blinked my eyes and 71 years are gone.

So I'm very sensitive about time.

They say that an average black man lives to be 72 so if I'm lucky, I got another year.

I hope I'm lucky.

But two of my, for real, two of my closest friends last week, I posted this on my Facebook page,

passed away.

One was a lawyer and one was a renowned journalist.

Both of them in their 60s, both black males.

Now, I'm telling you when you reach the seventh passage of your life,
