On Sunday January 26 of 2020 just before 10 a.m. Pacific time here in the United States

a helicopter crashed in Calabassas, California,

killing a celebrity, a celebrity's daughter, and seven, I guess we can call them,

regular people.

So the victims by name, I guess I can start with the victims that you

likely don't know and that's John Altobelli at 56. His wife Carrie

Altabelli at 46 and his daughter, Alyssa Attabelli, age 13.

There was also Christina Mauser, age 38,

Ara Zobyan, age 50, and Sarah Chester 45 and her daughter,

Peyton Chester 13.

The victims that you'll likely know

and that the entire world has not been able to stop talking about

is Kobe Bryant died at the age of 41 in his daughter,

Gianna Bryant age 13. So here's the thing about this news whenever it came down so

Sunday morning whenever I woke up. I woke up getting ready to

go church. I had a late night the night before I was on the road and so whenever I got

back the moment I woke up I just didn't feel right for whatever reason and some of you guys that

listen to this podcast were around me that day it was just one of those days where I

probably should have just stayed home but I went out did you went to church and

you know went and trained and all that but it was just just a weird day so I get home

from church and I'm just like I got to go lay down I just got to go do something else like
