Helen. Hello everybody. And it's January and today we are recording on the day of our book

launch, which is a day where absolutely nothing happens. So as exciting as it is, we've then

realised that actually, oh we'll do the podcast, we're

sitting in a wee work, we might go to some book shops to see if we can find our books

somewhere and just play it very not cool and have our picture taken. Fun fact for you, it is

535 days since we signed our contract for the Swiggly Career. Okay, you've got too much time in your hands.

If you've worked that out, you have got too much time.

I mean, I've not just done it in my head.

I've done it intentionally because I put it in something that you will see later on today.

Ah, a teaser. A teaser.

I actually, I wrote an article today, which I've posted on LinkedIn,

if anyone's interested, about how we met 19 and a half years ago.

And basically this book has probably been 19 and a half years in the making.

Yeah, there's no such thing as overnight success. And we are the epitome of that.
