Welcome back to mood with Lauren Elizabeth. I'm Lauren Elizabeth and for today's current mood combo

We are gonna be doing another ask me anything slash advice because we had some scheduling issues a little this a little that

So before I head out of town for the weekend because yes, you bet I'm taking a vacay if you listen to the morning toast last week

So let's you know dole out some unsolicited advice shall we but first of course

Let's jump into best mood and worst mood of the week

I'm gonna start with worst mood because we've been having honestly just way too many best moods lately and

Sometimes you need to just get your get your ass back in gear and remind yourself that you can only be happy for so long

my worst mood this week was self sabotage and

It's literally when everything's like fine and you're actually doing a really good job at life

And you purposely try to ruin everything because you can't handle it

You can't take it your anxiety doesn't know what to be anxious about let's find something and make something up

I literally did everything in my power this week to ruin my own life legit to the point where like I was so anxious

On Sunday and Monday that I pretty much couldn't function

I was like nauseous just the classic anxiety symptoms and when I talked through with my therapist

I was just like I know logically like nothing is wrong and I know that I'm in control

But like my body is not letting it happen what I will say though is the one thing that did make me feel a little bit better

Is I'd realized that it lined up with my cycle and that's one of the beautiful parts about being a woman is when your hormones change

Period and I'm just gonna say the word. I don't know why I'm beating around the bush
