Yes, it is a very short commute from us to get to our apartment. That's right. Secondly, it is, it's nice for the guests because it's not your normal radio studio. Yeah, and they get to meet our doorman. Then there's the opposite, which is that there's fucking construction out here in New York

City outside our windows.

It sounds like there is a guy in a dentist's office getting his bicuspid just fucking gourd

It sounds like a full forest has been cut down and they're just running lumber

through saws 24 hours a day. It sounds like a home improvement episode if the whole episode was
