inflammation. When I first started this podcast in April of 2021, it truly felt like I was fighting an uphill battle to convince people

and show them the science that it is not necessary to destroy your body in the pursuit of fitness.

And I often still feel that way like I'm fighting an uphill battle and I know it's still not

mainstream to understand some of the things that we talk about like how

or that you don't have to lift super heavy weights to gain muscle or that gaining some muscle

isn't necessarily going to make you bulky or you don't have to do heavy compound lifts or that gentle on your body doesn't necessarily just mean yoga and Pilates, but gentle on your body can actually be super effective.

where they interview Jennifer Anison, obviously like an A-list celebrity, and she said, quote, the workouts I used to do were exhausting and
